Organisation isolation
Database-level access controls and Row Level Security mean users only ever reach data belonging to their own organisation.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
TLS for every connection. The database and document storage are encrypted at rest by the hosting providers, with files held in private, access-controlled storage.
Records that can’t be edited
Once made, an acknowledgement cannot be edited by anyone, including administrators. Each one records the exact statement accepted and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the document as issued.
Audit trail and exports
Acknowledgement records export as CSV or a PDF report at any time. Acknowledgements, manual reminders, document deletions and password resets are written to the audit log with who and when.
