Works alongside email and password. An organisation cannot yet require Google sign-in for everyone.

Import your workforce with departments and stations from a CSV in one go.
CSV or TSV with email, full name, group, role and airport columns; up to 500 people per import. Missing groups are created, and invitation emails are optional.

Integration questions
Is there an API?
Not today. Staff come in through the spreadsheet import and records go out as CSV, which covers most HR and reporting set-ups. If you need an API, tell us what it would do: that shapes what we build.
Can SkySign sync with Workday or another HR system?
Not yet. Workday and HRIS synchronisation is planned. Today, teams export a staff list from their HR or rostering system and import it into SkySign, which takes a few minutes per update.
Can staff sign in with their Microsoft account?
Not yet. Staff sign in with an email address and password or with a Google account. Microsoft Entra ID and SAML single sign-on are on the roadmap.
How do we keep the staff list up to date today?
Import new starters from a spreadsheet as they join, disable leavers in a click (their acknowledgement history is kept) and move people between groups as they change department or station.
