SkySign was built by people who have worked in airport operations, to fix a problem every station recognises: proving that the right people received, read and acknowledged the notice that mattered.
Why we built it
The notice went out. Nobody could prove who read it.
Anyone who has worked a shift on the apron, in a baggage hall or in operations control knows how a procedure change actually reaches people. It goes out several ways at once, each one well intentioned.
None of them can answer the question that matters when an auditor, a customer airline or an incident investigation asks it: who received the current version, and confirmed they understood it, before they next did the job?
SkySign closes that gap. One place to issue the notice, a deliberate step for every person to acknowledge it, and a record that answers the question in seconds rather than days.

- A safety management system or quality management system — it feeds them evidence, it does not replace them
- A learning management system, although knowledge checks help confirm understanding
- A document management system with version history and approval workflows
- An e-signature tool for contracts and commercial agreements
