Airline policy management
One policy, every station, one view.
Airline policies are written once at head office and lived at every station. SkySign closes the gap between the two: issue the policy to each station and department group, see completion side by side, and chase the stations that are behind.

Nudge the stations that are behind, or schedule one reminder when you issue. - 5Step 5
Evidence
Export the records by document, department and date.
Head office and stations
Everyone sees the same numbers.
| Person | Role in SkySign | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Policy owner at head office | Employer | Issues policies, compares every group’s completion and exports evidence. |
| Station or department manager | Superuser | Sees completion and the unsigned list, nudges staff and issues local notices. |
| Station staff | User | Reads and acknowledges on their phone, and sees their own history. |
What airlines issue
Policies that need more than an email.
Security programme changes
Read-and-comply wording, to every station’s security-facing staff.
Customer service policy
Boarding, special assistance and disruption policies for station teams.
Safety bulletins
Urgent briefings that sit at the top of every list.
Conduct and people policies
Read-and-understood acknowledgement for company-wide policies.
Outstations
Small stations, same standard.
A three-person outstation gets the same policy, at the same time, as a hub, and its completion sits beside the hub’s. Start each group name with the station code so every station is easy to find.
Groups are flat: each shows its own completion. SkySign does not yet roll groups up into regions or companies.

Worth knowing
- Station managers with administrator access see the whole organisation, not only their own station.
- Completion is per group; there are no regional totals.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can station managers issue their own local notices?
Yes. Superusers can issue documents to any group, so a station manager can brief their own team on a local change.
How are policy revisions handled?
Issue each revision as a new document and deactivate the old one. Everyone acknowledges the new text, and the previous records stay with administrators.
Can different stations have different due dates?
One due date applies when you issue. To give a station a different date, add a separate assignment for its group from the Assignments page.
