Aviation compliance software
Aviation compliance software that proves your people were told.
“Compliance software” covers safety reporting, audits, training and document libraries. SkySign does one job within that: getting policies, procedures and safety notices to the right staff, collecting their acknowledgement, and giving you records an auditor can examine.

Where it fits
Alongside the systems you already run.
| System | What it’s for | How SkySign relates |
|---|---|---|
| Safety management system | Hazard and occurrence reporting, risk assessment, safety actions | Carries the resulting safety bulletins and procedure changes to staff, and shows who acknowledged them. |
| Quality and audit management | Audit programmes, findings and corrective actions | Supplies the evidence when a finding asks whether staff were briefed. |
| Learning management system | Courses, qualifications and expiry dates | Records acknowledgement of notices and changes between training cycles. It doesn’t replace courses. |
| Document management | The master library, revisions and approvals | Issues the approved copy to the people who must read it, fingerprinted as issued. |
What it does
Four jobs, done properly.
Distribute
Issue PDFs, written documents or short notices to departments, station groups or named people.
Acknowledge
Staff tick the exact statement, type their name and confirm, on any device.
Track
Completion by document, group and person, with overdue staff flagged.
Evidence
CSV exports, PDF reports and a certificate for every acknowledgement.
Honest scope
What SkySign is, and what it isn’t.
What SkySign does
- Issues documents to staff and records who acknowledged them.
- Keeps records with the statement accepted, the typed name, a server timestamp and the document’s SHA-256 fingerprint.
- Adds optional knowledge checks with a pass mark before staff can acknowledge.
- Shows a compliance profile for every person and completion for every group.
What it doesn’t do
- Run a safety management system: no occurrence reporting or risk registers.
- Manage audits: no findings or corrective-action tracking.
- Deliver training: no courses, qualifications or expiry dates.
- Control documents: no revision control or approval workflow.
Evidence
Records built for an auditor’s questions.
Every acknowledgement holds the exact acknowledgement statement accepted, the name the person typed, a server timestamp, the SHA-256 fingerprint of the document as issued, how they signed in, their IP address and browser, and any knowledge-check result.
Acknowledgement records can’t be edited by anyone, including administrators. Deleting a document or a person also deletes their records.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is SkySign a safety management system?
No. It doesn’t handle occurrence reports or risk assessment. It carries what your safety management system produces — bulletins, procedure changes, lessons learned — to the people who need them, and records their acknowledgement.
Does SkySign make us compliant with a regulation?
No software does that on its own. SkySign gives you a dependable record that staff received and acknowledged specific documents, which you can present as evidence of your own processes.
Which parts of aviation is it designed for?
Airlines, airports, ground handlers, cargo and security teams, and aviation service providers: anywhere frontline staff work shifts across stations and must confirm procedure changes.
Can we try it before talking to anyone?
Yes. Start a 14-day free trial, or book a demo to see it set up for your operation.
