Solutions · Airports
Every department on the airfield, briefed and on record.
An airport runs on notices: airside driving rules, low-visibility procedures, works in progress, security instructions and emergency plan changes. SkySign gets each one to the departments and shifts it applies to, and shows for each person whether it has been acknowledged.

24/7 operations
Notices that reach every shift, not only the one on duty.
Direct to each person
Everyone in the groups you choose is emailed a link to the document, whichever shift they work.
Urgent first
Mark a notice urgent and it sits at the top of each person’s list until they acknowledge it.
Due dates
Set the date by which every shift must have acknowledged. People still outstanding afterwards are flagged as overdue.
Nudges
Remind everyone outstanding in one click, or schedule one reminder when you issue the notice.
Evidence
What you can show when asked.
| The question | Where the answer is |
|---|---|
| Who was sent the revised low-visibility procedures? | The document’s page lists everyone assigned, group by group. |
| Had this driver acknowledged the airside driving rules before the incident? | Their compliance profile, or the certificate for that acknowledgement with its server timestamp. |
| Which departments are still outstanding? | Completion by group, on the document’s page and in Statistics. |
A changing workforce
Keep up with joiners, movers and leavers.
- 1Step 1
Someone joins
Add them to their department groups and they see every active document assigned to those groups straight away. Nudge them so they know it’s there. - 2Step 2
Someone changes role
Move them between groups. Documents for their new groups appear in their list, and their past records stay. - 3Step 3
Someone leaves
Disable their account. They can no longer sign in, and their acknowledgement history stays on record.
Worth knowing
- Each person needs an email address to sign in and be notified.
- Contractors’ and tenants’ staff can be added as users of your organisation; SkySign doesn’t link separate companies’ accounts.
- Notifications are by email and in each person’s document list. There are no text messages or app notifications.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can staff acknowledge on a shared crew-room computer?
Yes. Each person signs in to their own account, acknowledges and signs out again, so every record is tied to the right person.
Can we issue to a contractor’s staff?
Yes, if you add them as users of your organisation. They then appear in your user list and count towards your seats.
Is SkySign approved by an aviation regulator?
No. SkySign isn’t approved or certified by any regulator. It gives you a record of who acknowledged what and when, which you present as evidence alongside your own procedures.
See an airside notice issued and tracked.
We’ll issue a notice to sample airport departments and show completion arriving group by group.
