Small teams at many airports, all on the same page.
Service providers run lean teams across several airports, each with its own rules and customers. SkySign lets one compliance lead issue a change to every airport team at once, see which teams are behind, and hand customers evidence of who acknowledged it.
See how SkySign distributes, tracks and proves operational briefings in 20 minutes.

| Can we have the underlying data? | A CSV of every acknowledgement for the document and date range. |

Getting started
Start with one airport and one customer.
- 1Step 1
Set up one airport
Create groups for that airport’s teams and import the staff. - 2Step 2
Issue the customer’s latest rules
Use read-and-comply wording and a due date. - 3Step 3
Send the evidence
Export the PDF report and share it with the customer. - 4Step 4
Add the next airport
Repeat the group pattern, then issue company-wide changes to every airport at once.
Worth knowing
- Customers can’t sign in to view your records; you share exports with them.
- Each person needs an email address to sign in and be notified.
- The Airport field filters people and appears on certificates. Documents are routed by group.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can an airport customer issue its rules to our staff in SkySign?
No. Organisations are separate. You issue the customer’s rules to your own groups and share the records with them.
Does SkySign suit very small teams?
Yes. A group can have any number of people, and a person can be in several groups, such as their airport team and a company-wide group.
Can we see compliance airport by airport?
Name groups by airport and you can compare completion for each one. The Users list can also be filtered by airport.
