Solutions · Ground handlers

Every SOP change, acknowledged on the ramp.

A handler works to its own procedures and to each customer airline’s. When either changes, every agent on that operation has to know, across earlies, lates, nights and seasonal staff. SkySign issues the change to the right groups and shows who has acknowledged it.

Customer airline procedures

Different airlines, different procedures, one record.

Groups can follow the way your contracts are organised, so an airline-specific change reaches only the agents working that airline.

Seasonal ramp-up

New starters, briefed before their first shift.

Import staff from a spreadsheet, up to 500 people at a time, with their groups, role and airport. Everyone imported is invited by email straight away.

Someone added to a group sees every active document assigned to that group at once, so a new starter’s list already holds the procedures they must read. Their compliance profile shows what is still outstanding before you roster them.

Note
Create the groups before you import: a group name the file doesn’t match is reported as an error. See import staff.

Customer audits

Evidence a customer airline can check.

  • The exact file

Each record carries the SHA-256 fingerprint of the procedure as issued, so you can show which revision was acknowledged.

  • Filtered exports

A CSV of acknowledgements by document and date, or a PDF report filtered by department as well.

  • Single records

A printable certificate for one agent’s acknowledgement, when the question is about one person.

Worth knowing

  • Each organisation’s data is separate. A customer airline can’t sign in to view your records; you share exports with them.
  • Groups are flat. Station, department and airline structure lives in the group names you choose.
  • Each person needs an email address to sign in.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Our agents don’t have company email addresses. Can they still use SkySign?

Each person needs an email address to receive their invitation and sign in. It doesn’t have to be a company address, but check your own policy before using personal ones.

What happens when a procedure changes again next month?

Issue the revision as a new document and deactivate the old one. Everyone acknowledges the new text, and administrators keep the records for the old one.

Can a customer airline issue documents to our staff directly?

No. Organisations are separate, so your administrators issue everything. Customer airline procedures go out from you, to the groups that work that airline.

Bring a recent SOP change. We’ll show it reaching the right agents and the evidence a customer audit would ask for.
