Frequently asked questions
Can SkySign tell us who holds an airside driving permit?
No. It doesn’t track permits, passes or qualifications. It tells you who has acknowledged the documents you issued, such as the airside driving rules.
Can we import staff from our HR system?
Export a spreadsheet from it and import up to 500 people at a time. Direct synchronisation with HR systems is planned, not available yet.
What happens to a leaver’s records?
Disable their account, and every acknowledgement they made stays on record and in exports.
