SHA-256 document hashing
Every document is fingerprinted with SHA-256 when it is issued, and that fingerprint is stored with each acknowledgement as evidence of the document as issued.
Records that can’t be edited
Acknowledgement records cannot be edited once made. Each one stores the document version and SHA-256 hash of the file at the time of acknowledgement, along with a timestamp and IP address.
Stations and departments
Organise staff into groups by station and department, issue to several groups at once and compare completion group by group.
Role-based access
Administrators manage documents and assignments; staff see only what is assigned to them. Role rules are enforced in the database as well as the application.
