Sample audit report
See what an auditor sees.
Every acknowledgement in SkySign is a record you can export as CSV, print as a PDF report or produce as a certificate. This page shows those real formats, filled in for a fictional ground handler.
1 · Acknowledgement export
The CSV export
Exported from the audit page and filtered by document and date. One row per acknowledgement, with the document fingerprint, the typed name, the server timestamp, the IP address and the browser.

3 · Single record
The acknowledgement certificate
For a question about one person: who they are, which document, when, how they signed in, the exact statement they accepted and the full document fingerprint. Administrators and the employee themselves can open it and print or save it as a PDF.

Field guide
What each field means
| Field | What it shows | Stored on |
|---|---|---|
| Document Title | The title the administrator gave the document. | Document record |
| Document Version | The version number recorded on the acknowledgement. Documents are currently issued as version 1. | Acknowledgement record |
| Document SHA-256 | A fingerprint of the file (or the written text) as it was issued. Any change to the content would change it. | Acknowledgement record, copied from the document on the server |
| Employee Name / Email | The person who acknowledged, from their SkySign account. | User profile |
| Signature Text | The name the person typed when they acknowledged. | Acknowledgement record |
| Signed At | When the acknowledgement was recorded, set by the server rather than the device. | Acknowledgement record |
| IP Address / User Agent | The network address and browser the acknowledgement came from. | Acknowledgement record |
| Statement accepted | The exact acknowledgement wording the person agreed to (shown on the certificate). | Acknowledgement record |
| Authentication method | Whether the account signs in with email and password or with Google (shown on the certificate). | Acknowledgement record |
| Knowledge check | Pass or fail, score and attempt number, where a check was required (shown on the certificate). | Acknowledgement record |
What the record does not contain
- Assignment and due dates are not stored on the acknowledgement itself. The certificate’s “Assigned”, “Department” and “Station” values are looked up when the certificate is produced.
- The audit log (reminders sent, deletions, password resets) is kept but cannot yet be exported.
- Documents are currently issued as version 1. If a procedure changes after people have acknowledged it, issue the revision as a new document so everyone acknowledges the new text.
- Acknowledgement records can’t be edited by anyone, including administrators. Deleting a document or a person also deletes their records.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is any of this real data?
No. The organisation, people, fingerprints and addresses on this page are invented. The column headings and field labels are the ones SkySign’s exports and certificates actually use.
Which export should I give an auditor?
Most auditors want the CSV export filtered to the document in question, or the PDF report if they prefer a printable list. For a question about one person, the single-record certificate shows the statement they accepted and the fingerprint of the document.
Does the export show who has not acknowledged yet?
The exports list acknowledgements that have been made. Outstanding and overdue staff are shown live on the document and staff pages in SkySign, where you can also send a reminder.
Can an auditor log in and look themselves?
There is no read-only auditor role today. Administrators export the records and share them, which keeps access to your organisation’s data limited to your own staff.
See the records from your own documents.
In a demo we issue one of your procedures to a test group, acknowledge it on a phone and export the record in front of you. Or read the security detail first.
