Add, edit and disable users

Everything about the people in your organisation lives on the Users page, with a compliance profile for each person.

Add a person

  1. 1
    Users → Add user
  2. 2
    Enter their details
Full name, Email address, Role and, optionally, Airport.
  3. 3
    Send the invitation
Choose Send invitation. They receive an email inviting them to SkySign.
  4. 4
    Add them to groups
Open Edit on their row and tick their Departments, or add them from Employee Groups.
If an invited person cannot get in
They can sign in with Google using the same email address, or an Employer can set a first password for them with Reset password and pass it on.

Adding many people? Use Bulk import.

Edit a person

Use the pencil icon on their row to change their Full name, Email address, Role, Airport, Departments or Account status, then Save changes. You can only edit people below your own role.

Disable leavers

Turn off the Enabled switch on their row. They can no longer sign in or receive emails, and every acknowledgement they made stays on record. Disabled accounts still count towards your seats.

Each person’s compliance

Click a name to open their page: their status (fully compliant, outstanding or overdue), completion percentage, signed, outstanding and overdue counts, typical time to sign, every document assigned to them with a certificate for each acknowledgement, and Nudge for N unsigned to remind them about everything outstanding.

Find people

Search by name or email, filter by department or airport, show only people with outstanding documents, or sort by last sign-in.

What this doesn’t do

  • People cannot be deleted from within SkySign; disable them instead.
  • The Enabled switch takes effect immediately, with no confirmation.
  • Groups cannot be chosen in the Add user dialog; add them afterwards.
