Signing in
- Email and password — on the sign-in page, enter your work email and password and choose Sign in.
- Google — where Google sign-in is offered, choose Continue with Google and pick the account with your work email.
Administrators land on the dashboard; staff land on My Documents. If you followed a link from an email, you are taken back to that document after signing in.
Password rules
Passwords must be at least 12 characters. There are no rules about symbols or capitals: a long passphrase is stronger and easier to remember.
Change your own password
- 1Open Account securityClick your name at the foot of the sidebar.
- 2Enter your passwordsFill in Current password, New password and Confirm new password.
- 3SaveChoose Change password.
If someone forgets their password
An Employer resets it from the Users page with Reset password, choosing a new password and telling the person what it is (no email is sent). Each reset is written to the audit log.
Disabled accounts
If an administrator disables an account, the person is signed out and the sign-in page says: “Your account has been disabled. Contact your administrator.”
What this doesn’t do
- There is no self-service “forgot password” link yet; an Employer resets passwords.
- People who only ever sign in with Google have no SkySign password to change.
- Multi-factor authentication and single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID, SAML) are not available yet. They are on the roadmap.
