When a document is issued
Everyone a document is assigned to receives an email with a button that opens it. The email goes out once, when you issue the document or create a new assignment for it. Disabled accounts are not emailed.
Nudge people who have not acknowledged
| From | Who is reminded |
|---|---|
| Documents list — ⋮ menu → Send nudge | Everyone who has not acknowledged that document. |
| A document’s page — Nudge N unsigned | Everyone who has not acknowledged that document. |
| Assignments — Nudge | Everyone who has not acknowledged that document, not just that group. |
| A person’s page — Nudge for N unsigned | That person, once for each document they have outstanding. |
| Statistics — At-risk Employees — Nudge | That person, for their outstanding documents. |
You confirm the number of people before anything is sent. Every manual nudge is written to the audit log with who sent it, to how many people, and when.
The Auto Nudge reminder
When you issue a document, Auto Nudge schedules one reminder for everyone still outstanding: after 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks, or a Custom number of days. SkySign checks once a day and sends it when it falls due. Choose Off for no automatic reminder.
What this doesn’t do
- Auto Nudge sends one reminder; it does not repeat, even where a screen mentions an interval. Use a manual nudge for further reminders.
- Scheduled reminders are not yet written to the audit log. Manual nudges are.
- The urgent flag is shown in each person’s document list but not in emails.
- Email wording is set up by SkySign; organisations cannot yet edit their own templates.
